MERLIN AMPLIFIERS – Lifetime Warranty

At Merlin, we build our amplifiers by mastered hands according to highest worldclass quality standarts and concepts.

We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all of our amplifiers.

🛡 Standard Coverage (First 1 Year)

When you buy a Merlin amplifier from an authorized dealer, it’s covered for 1 year from the date of purchase against any defects in materials

or workmanship.

If something goes wrong due to a factory issue, we’ll either repair it or replace it with an equivalent model, completely free of charge.

Tube Warranty:

Vacuum tubes included in Merlin amps are covered under a separate 3-month warranty.

♾ Lifetime Warranty (After 1 Year)

After the first year, your amplifier is covered by our lifetime warranty.

                                            Who’s Covered?

    •    Only the original owner of the amplifier is eligible.
    •    The amp must have been purchased directly from Merlin or an authorized Merlin dealer.
    •    To request service, please provide:
    •    Your full name
    •    Dealer’s name
    •    Model of the amp
    •    Date of purchase
    •    A copy of your receipt

Bought second-hand?

You may still qualify for extended warranty. Please contact us by email and include your amp’s serial number so we can register its history

in our database.

                                What’s Not Covered

    •    Damage caused by accidents, misuse, water, theft, or neglect

    •    Shipping costs for non-warranty repairs

    •    Repairs by unauthorized technicians

    •    Amps with missing or tampered serial numbers

    •    Damage to other parts not related to manufacturing defects

    •    Amps not purchased from Merlin or an authorized dealer

        🛠 How to Get Warranty Service

To begin a warranty claim, just send us an email.

All repairs under warranty are done at our facility.

MERLIN PEDALS – WARRANTY INFORMATION

We stand behind the quality of our pedals and offer a 4-year warranty against any issues related to faulty parts or internal problems.

If you run into a problem, just send us an email we will help you. Before you do, it’s a good idea to check if your pedal is still under warranty. 

Keep in mind, in some countries, our distributors might follow their own warranty policies instead of ours.

If your pedal isn’t under warranty anymore, no worries — we’re still happy to repair it for a small fee if you’d like.

In that case, the cost of shipping and repair will be covered by you.

But if your pedal is still under warranty and registered, we’ll cover the cost of sending it back to you after the repair.

Pedals that are out of warranty, have been modified or repaired by someone else, have missing or altered serial numbers aren't covered by our warranty.

Also, broken jacks or knobs caused by wear or damage aren’t covered either — but if you want, we’ll replace them with brand-new ones for a small fee.
